1. SPEAR Programme: Goal-Directed Resuscitation
The Specialist Percutaneous Emergency Aortic Resuscitation (SPEAR) initiative explores advanced vascular access techniques and the role of goal-directed blood pressure management during out-of-hospital cardiac arrests (OHCA).
