Cancellation Terms for EMSUK Learning Events
- Cancellation by the Attendee:
a. If you wish to cancel your attendance at the EMSUK Learning Event in Cardiff on 27th March 2024, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the event date. In such a case, we will provide you with a full refund of the registration fee paid by you, minus a 10% processing fee.
b. If you cancel your attendance within 30 days of the event date, or if you fail to attend the event without prior notice, no refunds will be provided.
- Cancellation by EMSUK:
a. EMSUK reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or insufficient registrations. In such cases, we will notify all registered attendees as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the registration fee paid by them.
b. EMSUK also reserves the right to cancel the attendance of any registered attendee who violates the event’s code of conduct or engages in disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
- Substitution:
a. Registered attendees may substitute their attendance with another person from the same organization by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event date.
b. EMSUK reserves the right to reject any substitution requests at our discretion.
By registering for the EMSUK Learning Event in Cardiff on 27th March 2024, you agree to abide by the above cancellation terms.
